The Devington Communities Association has several on going programs which we support in partnership with other agencies and organizations.

Public Service Forums: During the year DCA works with city agencies in planning meetings or forums concerning topics that affect our area. These provide great opportunities for our residents to find out what is happening and ask their questions.


On January 16 we held a "Devington Community Public Safety Forum" at Zion Hope Baptist Church. Our panel represented the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, Marion County Prosecutors Office, Project Safe Neighborhoods, Indianapolis Neighborhood Resource Center (INRC), and the Mayor's Liaison Office. We appreciated the support of these agencies and the residents who came to hear and ask questions.


Devington Christmas Basket: DCA, has in past years, worked with area businesses and churches to develop a Christmas Basket project. Though last year we did not have one, we are restarting this program for this Christmas season. We are looking for donations to this fund starting early this year so that we can help several families in our area. If you are interested please email...all contributions are tax deductable.
