We will be joined by local stakeholders and development experts to discuss how transit, the former Arlington Palms, and Value City Property will be part of our collective future. We invite neighbors to take a brief survey, see new ideas, and ask questions about specific developments near their homes or businesses. Special guest David Sherman, Director of the Department of Public Works, will also be in attendance to answer questions on street improvements on 42nd Street!

Read more...The Community Partners of Arlington Community High School are hosting a Back to School Celebration on Wednesday, 7/27/11, starting at 5:30pm at Devington Plaza at 46th and Arlington. The celebration is open to the general public, but only parents, guardians and students who register for classes at Arlington Community High School from 10 am - 6pm are eligible to enter the drawings for prizes.

Community Supports NAACP Plan for Arlington Community High School

Over four hundred people attended the Indiana Department of Education (IDOE) public hearing on the future of Arlington Community High School on June 1, 2011. The hearing is mandated by Indiana Public Law 221 on school accountability when a school reaches its sixth year in Academic Probation.
