Devington Communities Association (DCA)

In 2007 DCA began helping different demographic groups of our community members to organize Study Circles. Study circles are emerging as useful tools to identify the issues and needs to better our neighborhoods. During our first round of sessions, the Devington Study Circle Action Team (DSCAT) was formed. It is now a standing committee and is involved in organizing more Study Circles to help us stay in-tune with our community. They have applied for and received grants to promote this endeavor.
