Devington Communities Association (DCA)

During the year DCA works with city agencies in planning meetings or forums concerning topics that affect our area. These provide great opportunities for our residents to find out what is happening and ask their questions.

Early in 2006 we held a "Devington Community Public Safety Forum" at Zion Hope Baptist Church. Our panel members represented the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, the Marion County Prosecutors Office, Project Safe Neighborhoods, Indianapolis Neighborhood Resource Center (INRC), and the Mayor's Liaison Office. We appreciated the support of these agencies and the residents who came to hear and ask questions.
