Devington Communities Association (DCA)

Devington Communities Association (DCA) is an "umbrella" civic group founded in the 70's that represents neighborhood groups, Block Clubs, and residents who live in the Devington community in Indianapolis.

Our goal is to establish a working relationship with local churches, businesses, neighborhood organizations, schools, concerned citizens and government to promote community revitalization, safety, and pride.

Our mission is to be an advocate for our area's education, security, and environmental needs.
